The scheme enables you to study towards a related discipline (at a local college). You will also gain hands-on experience, whilst also earning a wage!

The scheme requires a minimum of three GCSE grades (C or above) which must include:

• Maths
• English
• Science

You should enjoy working as part of a team, using your own initiative when required. You must also have excellent communication skills – both verbally and written. We would also like you to be motivated and driven to succeed in all you do.
