James Lowin began his career at Turbine Efficiency via a graduate program for business administrators. During first years within the business, designed and implemented a Quality Management System.

Moved into Procurement Supervisor position and developed supply chain. Established repair programs and schemes for turbine component overhaul.  Managed overhaul and site projects during 3 years as Project Manager.  Developed house accounts during position of Customer Support Manager. Responsible for international accounts with sectors such as oil and gas CHPs. 3+ years experience as Operations Manager responsible for purchasing, customer support, QHSE, projects and stores.

Presently Production Control Manager responsible for Workshop and repairs production and inventory management.
