Repairs and Rejuvenation

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis based, our repair procedures enable us to not only prioritise crucial tasks in assessing the safety and longevity of your engine(s), but also offer reliable and cost-effective solutions.

Blade Rejuvenation
The technology and processes that we use breath new life into life expired blades, by re-aligning the molecular structure of a metal blade to reset to an ‘as new’ condition. This can offer at least one new life cycle of use.

Laboratory Capabilities
Within the facility there are laboratory capabilities able to process and record micro section, enabling us to verify the coating structure, thickness and integrity (on parts or test pieces).

Welding
With our highly qualified welding repairs and precision blending of stainless steel and nickel alloys (rotating and stator parts) including; hot section segments, compressor blades and associated equipment.

Coatings 
Using our TELcoat range of coatings, we can offer aluminum filled ceramic in an inorganic binder and also a slurry applied diffusion aluminide for hot section components ensuring that the part can endure the extreme temperatures and environments that exist in stationary Industrial gas turbines.
