Turbine Efficiency sponsor this year's Lincolnshire Energy Awards

Last year’s inaugural Lincolnshire Energy Awards were rather special for the Turbine Efficiency Group. We were handed our first industry award at the ceremony in Lincoln, for our export activity.

This year, we are sponsoring the Awards to help other companies in the region feel the same sense of achievement and spur them to achieve further recognition: We went on to win two further awards later in 2014. You could say that we have become addicted to the rush!

The Lincolnshire Energy Awards recognise companies and organisations throughout the region that have either had a positive impact on increasing energy efficiency, reducing energy consumption or the volume of emissions, have embraced renewable energy technology, or have saved valuable resources through recycling or refurbishment activity.

Last year over 150 local business professionals came to the ceremony and we are hoping for an even greater turnout this year.

“We were so proud to win the Exporter of the Year award last year” says Alan Hawkins, CEO of Turbine Efficiency. “It helped to reinforce our achievements with all of our stakeholders and this year we are incredibly pleased to be able to give something back by sponsoring the event. We hope that this will give more local firms the opportunity to be recognised for their success and in turn that the region gets more recognition as literally a powerhouse in the energy field.”
